A wonderful find!!

This morning we left sunny Sequim" for Seattle, and I must admit, it was a very beautiful sunny day.  It  seems that when we leave town the weather turns nice at home.  Someone recently even suggested that we leave home more often!

With an early morning flight we elected to spend the night near SeaTac airport to eliminate the very early morning from home.  This is where the "wonderful find" comes into play.  We discovered that the Marriot TownePlace Suites in Southcenter (18123 72nd Avenue South, Kent, WA 98032,  253-796- 6000) provides free parking for their guests for up to two weeks for free, and after two weeks the cost is only $5 per day. This is by far the best deal we have seen for parking near the airport.  

Tomorrow we hope to be basking in the sun in Orlando, Florida. The only problem is that the weather forecast is rain and thunderstorms...

The Traveling Huntley's

We are traveling again...

The Traveling Huntley's are on the road again!

We leave sunny Sequim on Sunday, March 31st, spend the night in Seattle, and then head off to Orlando, Florida where we will spend 5 days visiting Mickey and enjoying the Florida beaches.  On April 1st we join our good friends, Gerry and Alex Sladowski and board the Celebrity Cruise ship Eclipse for a two week cruise in the Caribbean.

The cruise will be stopping in St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Antigua, st. Lucia, Barbados  Grenada, Aruba, Curacao, and finally head back to Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Following the cruise, we will be driving down to Key West and then visiting the Everglades with an air boat ride, something Roger has had on his "bucket list" for quite some time. We finally head back home on Friday, April 26th.

During the trip I will attempt to have daily updates however it will be dependent upon the local internet access in the various stops as well as the ship's service.
